DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO BUY FROM CARIAN?
1. You do not need an account to buy from Carian, however setting one up is free and makes the checkout process faster. When you sign up you are able to:◦ Check out faster when making a purchase

◦ Make changes to your account information
◦ Change your password
◦ Save multiple shipping addresses
◦ If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, and you will not be able to keep track of this information on our site.
WHY AM I PAYING SALES TAX NOW WHEN I HAVEN’T ON PREVIOUS PURCHASES?
As an e-commerce company based in the USA, we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time, and depending on the state to which items are being shipped.CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you checked out as a guest, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with Carian, you can track your order in the Account section.WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
We are happy to send your package with signature requirement upon request. Please email shop@carianwellness.com with your order number.Any changes or cancellations of orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

1. Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging. For returns from the US:
1. Go to carianwellness.com at Product Returns https://carianwellness.com/index.php?route=account/return/add enter the email address that you used when you purchased the item being returned, and complete the form below to request an RMA number. You`ll have a return label issued on email.
2. Print the prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and take the package to a drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is USD$10 for US returns, which will be deducted from your refund.
3. Once you've filled out the form, pack the return items in original condition with return form and send it.
