Squalane oil differs from most fatty vegetable oils you know in that it is like oil and life-giving moisture in one bottle.
Squalane is a natural lipid that makes up about 12% of the oil contained in the epidermis, the outer layer of the skin - after 30 years, its synthesis slows down, which contributes to dry skin.
Squalane oil: saturated oil. It is formed when squalene undergoes a hydrogenation process that turns it into a stable, fully saturated oil with a long shelf life.
Squalane oil is suitable for all skin types, from dry and sensitive to oily and problematic.
It can solve almost any problem:
Moisturizing: Squalane is an excellent moisturizer that leaves skin soft and gentle. The texture is light and non-greasy, the product is quickly absorbed into the skin without leaving an oily sheen.
Eye and Lip Treatment: Squalane is ideal for treating and preventing dry skin around the eyes. It also heals chapped lips perfectly!
Prevent Irritation: Unlike other moisturizers, squalane is clinically proven to be non-irritating, making it a great product for those with sensitive skin. It is also odorless and colorless.
Non-comedonic: In theory, any oil can cause clogged pores, but squalane is one of the least likely causes of problems. If other oils are too heavy or comedogenic for you, then you should definitely pay attention to this oil.
Gloss Control: Squalane helps regulate excess oily sheen. It is a better option than jojoba oil, which also has this property, but is a less stable monounsaturated fat.
Soothes: Squalane can speed up the healing of cracked or weathered skin and soothe eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis.
Antiseptic: squalane is a natural antibacterial agent.
Antioxidant: Most importantly, squalane helps protect your skin from free radicals that can cause age spots and premature aging. Over time, it can even help smooth out age spots.
Helps restore skin barrier functions, regulates sebum production.
Increases the natural production of lipids and moisture, leaving the skin smooth and supple.
We've added the powerful antioxidants tocotrienols to our squalane oil.
Vitamin E is a kind of standard of antioxidant activity. Tocotrienols are one of the constituents of vitamin E, which is 40-60 times more powerful than the famous vitamin E tocopherol.
Tocotrienols have anti-cancer properties that no other antioxidant has. They not only help prevent cancer, but they can also block the growth of cancer cells and initiate apoptosis, the process of self-destruction of cancer cells. Interestingly, tocotrienols only kill certain cancer cells without affecting healthy cells. This ability is absent in tocopherols.
Tocotrienols promote powerful skin rejuvenation, play a major role in protein synthesis, reduce vascular fragility, activate oxygen metabolism in cells and prevent the aging process of the skin.
