Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Payment is processed at the time of order via Stripe, PayPal, or credit card.

We ship orders within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
4. Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Our balms and oils are botanical formulations that often work gradually and cumulatively, and a small adjustment in how you use them can make a real difference.
Please note: because our products are handcrafted in small batches, opened or used items cannot be restocked or resold and are not eligible for return. Exceptions may be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
